When are payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?At signing, a 20% refundable security deposit and a 20% initial payment are required. Six months prior, 50% of the remaining balance is due. The final installment is due 60 days before the event. You may make smaller partial payments at any time prior to the due dates. We may request a credit card on file for any damages. Applicable taxes are added to each payment.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I stop by?Tours are by appointment only. Request a tour.
Will there be another wedding the same day?No. We host one wedding per day so your event receives our full attention.
How far in advance do you need our final headcount?Four weeks prior to the event.
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?Yes. Beach Weekend offers a variety of vacation rentals, and there are also many hotels within a mile of The Venue. Minimum stays and seasonal rates may apply.
Does The Venue require event insurance?Yes. Day-of event liability insurance is required. Our team can provide guidance after booking.
Can you access The Venue by boat?Yes. We offer a full-size dock with access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Please provide your own dock lines; no overnight docking.
Is there a space for the wedding party to get ready?Yes. We offer two bridal suites:
